1) After ordering and paying for two new patio doors it took 6 months to have them installed. Absolutely no one contacted us during that time to update us on the delay.2) There was a problem with the doors and they kept delaying the install date until the day before we left in vacation3) They were in a hurry to complete the job and no one showed us the correct way to open the screen portion of the windows which is also a design fault because they break after the slightest pressure4) After we contacted them with the concern it took them two months to come and replace the pieces that broke. Then they sent us a bill for the parts and the service call.5) I have no complaint about the product aside from the screens but we have had zero client contact and zero after service care.Once they have a signed contract and your money they no longer care
So impressed with the workmanship and the entire process with Prestige. Yes, they can install windows but the went above and beyond with their attention to detail: cedar casing in the bathroom (it never occurred to me mdf would be a bad idea), pointed out that my previous windows weren’t installed with attention to insulation, and the cleanliness of my home during and after the work.
Interesting how my other review is gone.Unfortunately, we received poor quality of work from Prestige and even worse customer service. It's been over a year and they still haven't fixed what they did incorrectly. Do not recommend, I'd recommend Advanced Exteriors instead for windows and doors.Can't seem to respond to the comment below but yes it is a different last name, it's Carnelli and we have called and you have been back (Mark was back just a couple months ago to look at it but was never fixed) and there's still a large gap on the window frame outside, it's unfortunate because it was an expensive upgrade, so we will be fixing it ourselves to ensure it's done properly. We had all our windows replaced in our home and we love them! The men were very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The windows are beautiful and keep out outside noise. Best of all they did all the clean up!
