2 visits to this Pella store to file a request for repair of which our purchase was intentionally deleted from their system and they conveniently fired our sales person...1 month later...3 calls to Pella Corporate and 4 calls to this Pella store location have brought about zero contact in the interest of fixing our $6800 door installation. Corporate has informed this store twice to reach out to me to coordinate repair and they are ignoring that request.Official message: It does not benefit any local Pella stores to warranty products they sell and install.Please take this into consideration when making a purchasing decision as you have many options for windows and doors that are of better quality and less expensive. We will never purchase from Pella again.
Some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I have tried to get a simple estimate to replace a large broken picture window. I have been waiting for 4-6 weeks just for the estimate after being told it would take 2 weeks, which I thought was excessive for estimate paperwork. I have contacted Pella Customer Service 6 times, and it's always an apology but no results. This type of poor customer experience is not acceptable. It seems like purposeful incompetence with the estimation team and customer service follow-up. Finally got an estimate of $3200 to replace one piece of glass, LOL!
This review I did for my father in law Richard Floyd and in his words are as follows.After the installation a piece fell off the door frame on my back door. I called them and they sent a tech out. He put a piece back on the front door but said the back door would need to have a piece ordered and they would call me. After a week I called them and was told they would call me the next week. A week went but I called and they told me they would. All me back in a week. Still no call back. I contacted the sales guy and he said there was a part on order and still haven’t heard from anyone. And now I can see light through my front door after that I could see before the tech “fixed” the front door. This has taken a little over a month.
This past year we had Pella replace all of our windows. Tony Cheshire from Pella came out to our home and went over all of the options with us. He gave us an estimate during the same visit. Randy Smith was our project manager and he did a great job making sure that everything was running smoothly with the installation. We have been very happy with our windows and they have made such a difference in lowering our utility bills. We just recently needed to have a door replaced and contacted Pella for an estimate. Tony Cheshire and Allan Watt’s came to our home and let us look at different options for the door. We were given an estimate while they were there. We are looking forward to having the new door installed. Our installer for the windows, Jeremy, was wonderful and we have requested him to install our door once it comes in. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and helpful. We are very satisfied with our purchase and would definitely recommend Pella to anyone who is looking to replace their windows or doors.
We had a great experience with our Pella project, and would choose the Pella team from Memphis, TN again. From the sales process to the installation, it was a very good experience. We love our new windows and doors.Our salesperson Tony is very knowledgeable about the range of Pella products and was very patient with our questions throughout the process.The project leader Doug was great to work with keeping our order going during the supply challenges from covid. The installation team led by Jeremy is one of the best construction teams we have ever worked with. We work from home and were initially concerned about potential disruptions during this week long project.Ask for Jeremy. He is a great team leader, he studied and prepared for the project, installed the products on time and with quality craftsmanship, and kept our home clean throughout the installation. We marveled at how quiet the team was and even our neighbors remarked that they didn’t hear any noise.The Pella product is top notch. We live in a quiet neighborhood, but the house was immediately even more quiet after the installation, the internal temperature of the house feels more comfortable, and our HVAC doesn’t seem to be working as hard.Thank you to our Pella team! We love the way our house looks and feels with the new Pella windows and doors.
