The installers, RRG1, were exceptional. Johger, “Jay”, the crew leader, was very informative, very polite and very knowledgeable. When the work was completed, He took us through the house as well as outside around the house, to inspect and approve the windows and installation. I had a great experience with Renewal by Anderson Windows. Starting with Brad the sales rep. He was very knowable and could answer all my questions. From the beginning I felt I was making the right choice!After they measured all my windows it was a few days later they called to set up installation. They were very flexible with install days and were happy to accommodate my schedule. Their customer service was great!About a month after I ordered my windows they were ready to install. Hedgar and his team arrived on time and informed me of the process and got right to work. They were fast and efficient! They worked well together and finished the job in a timely manner. They were clean and and went beyond to make sure all was well and kept great communication. Great guys!!!On the second day Oscar came by. He’s the assistance production manager. He was going behind the crew to inspect the install, ask me questions about it and made sure I knew he was the guy to call if I had any questions or concerns. He stay quite awhile looking at each window to make sure they were properly installed.Brad also stopped by to make sure I was happy with the process and to take some pictures.I can say that customer service is very important to me especially in this casual world we live in. Renewal by Anderson windows has excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone!My windows are amazing!! I had windows installed over 20 years ago and over the course of time they became hazy due to the inferior quality. When I look out my windows now I feel like I’m looking through an open window.
