Matt called shortly after I had scheduled an appointment for the next day. He indicated he was in the area and could stop by to provide an estimate immediately. Within the hour I had an estimate about a third less than an estimate from another company and had scheduled a repair visit for two days later.Matt showed up on time on the appointed day and got right to work. He also repaired a screen that had not been in the original quote.They were done within 90 minutes.My granddaughter is now sleeping in a warmer room!Good job done by competent employees at a reasonable price! What more can one ask for?
I would rate Glass Guru with 5 stars. Let me say they are not the most inexpensive, but the service, quality, install, and clean-up was excellent. Matt and Ashton installed a pet door with a special piece of cut glass. The wait was a little long, but I can't say enough about the quality of the install and the professionalism of the installers and glazier. Worth the extra cost! A+
