This review is long overdue, but I’m happy to give a shoutout to Jim and Nathan Swain of Window.Works. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful in guiding us toward the best windows for our forever home. They completed the installation quickly and efficiently, and once the job was finished, you wouldn’t have known they’d been there—except for the beautiful new windows.Beyond the window installation, Window.Works also provided a great recommendation for our vinyl siding. Both teams communicated seamlessly throughout the projects, and the quality of the finished work truly speaks for itself. I highly recommend Window. Works—you will not be disappointed.
We just had replacement windows and a patio door installed today, and they look great. Jim and Nathan did a fabulous job even though our windows presented some challenges because of the way the original windows were done. Best of all, though, all through this process I have recognized Jim as a man of integrity. I had never met nor spoken to him before starting this process, but I knew immediately he was the person we wanted to work with. We are so pleased, and I highly recommend Window.Works to anyone looking for windows.

I cannot say enough positive things about Jim and how we does business. I actually received 5 quotes for replacing all 19 windows and I went with Jim/Window Works. There were many reasons why I made that decision, one being the number of positive reviews Jim has received from other customers. It is rare to find a contractor who has all 5 star reviews. The other reason was the manner in which he conducts business and that he does the work himself. You can tell from talking to Jim that he knows the window business very well and has multiple window options to suit any customer needs. In terms of cost, Window Works installed cost was in the middle of the quotes I received. Their are undoubtedly cheaper options if you only want cheap windows installed but I always believe you get what you pay for and if you research the reviews of those low cost companies I think you will see that using their services are risky in terms of quality of product and installation. Jim's window options included Simonton which was what also Home Depot Home Services offered but at a much higher cost than Jim's quote for a similar Simonton window. I did my research and felt the quality, warranty and positive reviews of the Wincore windows made more sense and were more cost effective. So we went with the Wincore Window Company Model 7700 Series Vinyl Windows and couldn't be any happier with the choice. The windows are very high quality and look amazing. In terms of installation, Jim hands down provide excellent service. He is meticulous with the quality of his work, he takes extra precautions to protect your home during install, he is cleans and vacuums when he is done. In terms of Jim personally you could not ask for a more trustworthy, dependable, friendly, honest, and timely contractor. There were COVID related issues from the window manufacturer that delayed delivery of the windows that were completely out of Jim's hands but he did everything he could to resolve it. Overall I am exceedingly satisfied with Window Works and Jim Swain. I would and have already referred him to a friend who is looking for windows and I would without any reservation refer him to anyone I know.
We can't recommend Window Works enough. From the prompt response for a quote to the immaculate clean-up at the end of the job, our whole home improvement experience with Jim and Window Works was excellent, and we are now enjoying our beautiful windows and efficient doors and guttering! The craftsmanship, attention to detail, prompt communication, and trustworthy character of Jim and his workers is top-notch!! We have had him do work for us several times and have always been thrilled with the results. We would never hire anyone else!!
