I hired Glass Now to install a shower glass door, and unfortunately the installation was sloppy and lacked attention to detail. The work was not what I would expect from a professional company.When I contacted them to request corrections, instead of addressing the concerns respectfully, I was met with a defensive and dismissive response. The conversation escalated and I felt talked down to rather than supported as a paying customer.Mistakes can happen — but professionalism and accountability matter. I would have appreciated respectful communication and a willingness to stand behind their work.I cannot recommend this company based on both the workmanship and the customer service experience.
We had a failed double pane window that lost its Argon and was splotchy throughout. The guys came out to measure and gave us some options. It only took a few weeks to get the replacement glass (we were able to keep the original frame). The installation only took about 15 minutes! They resealed everything perfectly. It looks like a brand new replacement window. This is a very professional operation. We will definitely use them again for the next old window.

The quote came back RIDICULOUSLY low compared to the companies who go around selling windows, and the install was super quick. The team is responsive and helpful, and I heartily recommend Glass Now to anyone looking for new windows. I replaced about half of mine, and the screens.
