Bill Sevey, Bob Heimark and Jake Teveschenko were my installers. They arrived promptly and finished in the amount of time stated. They were very meticulous in making sure the door was properly installed! They were not satisfied with the way the trim fit, so took it down and installed to their specifications. The door is lovely and very secure. I'm very glad I made this purchase

Our installers, Brian Benson and Stephen Avey were EXCELLENT! They came to Baker City from Boise, texted us their ETA, and arrived at that time. They were very experienced, set up everything, and worked diligently on our new sliding glass door. They were friendly and personable, answering all our questions, and explained everything about the new door extremely well. We couldn't be happier with our new door! It was a bit on the high side of our budget, but to have no more drafts coming into the house, and the longevity of the warranty makes it worth it. We hope to replace the windows as our budget allows!

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Renewal by Andersen of Boise plan a window replacement?

A design consultation can be held in-home or virtually. A project technician assesses the home and takes detailed window and framing measurements before sending in the order for custom-built windows.

Can Renewal by Andersen of Boise use an Acclaim casement sash as a sash-only replacement for another window style?

No. The company says an Acclaim casement sash cannot replace only the sash of another window type; the sash and frame need to be installed together.
