In fact, Greg said we had the world record for the worst worn steel roller balls he has ever seen! So the world record patio door would not even open. The other patio door took an upper body strength workout just to open. We had a great experience with All Star, we had a large gap in our door frame on our slider and with the rain being heavy lately we're stressed about any damage it would do. I called, they squoze our home in next day to the end of the day. He called mid day and said he had some time and could run by and was able to fix the problem quickly at a fair price. He also was able to.make some adjustments so that the door locked smoother since he was already there. It's a group of honest and good people!
Greg replaced rollers in three of our sliding patio doors. He showed up on time, did excellent work and was very efficient. We were told by another door company that our doors could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. Greg’s repair made the doors work like brand new.
