Cougar Windows & Doors

I was pleased with Cougar Windows. COSTCO required a minimum number of windows. My project did not meet their requirements. Edger Responded quickly during the recent holiday season with a site inspection visit and proposal which met my requirements. Tentative installation window and final installation date confirmation was easy by phone and e-mail. Project was an 1,800-sf home in Mesa, AZ. My residence is in SO, California. Contracts were easy via the internet. The installation crew showed up promptly as scheduled. Work area was set up, organized and kept clean. Final disassembly of the work area was performed without my having to point out debris missed. However, I couldn't get the crew to remove the excess tree branches in the yard from my poor landscaping abilities. :) Commutation with the work was excellent.

The entire experience was very pleasant. No high pressure sales tactics, great communication, job started on schedule and finished ahead of schedule. Everyone involved was very friendly and professional. Window installers and stucco repair workers all did an outstanding job and were very detail oriented. There seems to be less cold air infiltration on the recent cool mornings, but the real test will be once the summer heat comes. Beautiful new windows that have the same lifetime guarantee as the ludicrously overpriced "renewal" windows, and I love the appearance of my home without having to use sunscreens!

I can't say enough about Cougar. From the initial consultations to the installation, they were professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. They took the time to help us pick the appropriate windows that fit our needs and budget, and were completely transparent throughout the process. The crew was friendly, respectful of my home, and proudly represented the company. They completed my whole home window replacement in such an amazing timeline. The new windows look fantastic and have already made a noticeable difference. I highly recommend Cougar to anyone.

Can't recommend this company highly enough. Stellar experience from start to finish. Melanie communicated clearly and managed all scheduling expectations like a champ. Edgar was patient with my questions, and was able to provide me a ton of options without it feeling like an upsell. His experience, his eye, his ideas, were so helpful. Brian was a blast to work with, ran the install crew like the boss that he is. This was a project, not a simple swap out of old to new windows. And we couldn't be happier with our end result. Totally transformed our place. We couldn't be happier. These are your window and door people.

Update: Now having had these windows in for a little over a month we are still floored by the quality and excellence of these windows and Riley and his team. Great price and excellent work. Best decision ever. Riley and Cougar windows are the very best. Price is good but the service is what sells you. If you need windows from a friendly, local, helpful professional go with Riley and Cougar Windows. Very happy with our decision.
