I LOVE my new windows! Our house is about 30 years old so upgrading windows has been on my mind since we moved in 4 years ago. I had a budget for what made sense to us and we have started with just a few windows in the areas that needed it the most. WOW what an improvement! I will definitely be saving up to add a few more next year. Keegan was our sales guy and he was very responsive, respectful and honest throughout. It took several weeks but we were informed at the beginning about the timeline. So thankful to Valley Windows and Doors for their quality windows at a reasonable price that allowed me to make this change in our home. We are so happy with the results!

We are so happy with our new windows! The whole team has been so wonderful with communication. On install day it was so fast, they cleaned up as they went. We will always use these guys for our Windows and doors. I would recommend to friends and family.

The end-to-end process of purchasing new windows for our home was excellent. After the initial sale, a representative came out to officially measure the windows to be sure everything was correct prior to the manufacturing. The individual also informed me that there was sufficient clearance with our plantation shutters, so I did not have to remove them for the installation. The scheduling of the delivery and installation was efficient and timely. We had 11 of our 20+ year old windows replaced and the installation crew was great; they went through and measured each window to confirm the order was complete and correct and then proceeded to replace the old windows. The team finished in a single day, working into the evening, and they were very professional and tidy. The new windows look great; we could not be more pleased. I am looking forward to replacing the rest of the windows later this year. I would definitely recommend Valley Windows & Doors.

If I could give these guys another 5 stars I would. Everything about the process of getting new windows was seamless from the in-home estimate and scheduling to the installation and follow through. The crew was extremely fast in the deinstallation and replacement of our windows. It took them a little over a day and a half, and the workmanship was as flawless as the product. I had 10 windows and a sliding door replaced. We can definitely feel the difference in the comfort level in room temperature as well as the acoustic quality of these windows. This was a great investment in home improvement and making our house more energy efficient. I highly recommend Valley Windows and Doors if you're thinking about replacing your home's windows. They raised the bar in customer service and are undoubtedly head-n-shoulders above the competition.
