The team at Unity Window's and Doors recently completed a large project at my house and replaced approximately fifteen windows and doors to impact. I was recommended them from a friend and was told to contact Humberto. The professionalism that Humberto conducted himself with from the first phone call by guiding me through the selection process of what style, color, and type of windows and doors was exceptional. I am a tough critic but I must say he answered all my phone calls or got back to me in short order when he was tied up. He walked me through all the pricing and must say he accommodated my thoughts and ideas to ensure we stayed within my budget while still accomplishing my vision. He explained the timeline before and after we executed the contract and adhered to the timeline we discuss.When we got to the installation week, his installation team was timely, thorough, and would ask me questions to ensure they were aligned with my expectations. Had we not had Halloween (which my wife asked for them not to work that day due to us hosting friends) the total number of days to install would have been 4 days and they never left an area exposed to the elements over night. Nelson, from the installation team, who I was able to communicate with was a pleasure and checked in with me each day they had completed an area. Overall, this was the best residential construction experience I have ever had being a home owner and I would recommend Umberto, Nelson, their team and company to anyone who is looking to upgrade their windows and doors. Also, it goes a long way when you provide the installation team with beverages so they stay hydrated while work to help their work environment. Cheers to Unity Windows and Doors for great pricing and service!Note: As a general note when looking to perform construction that on your residence, remember it is construction and there will be dust that is generated so ensure that you cover all items to avoid getting dust. The team does put a barrier up but inevitably dust will find a way to get almost anywhere.
