The Window Source of West Texas

I had an excellent experience with Window Source of West Texas from start to finish. From the very first interaction with the sales representative to the final installation, the level of customer service was outstanding. Everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the windows exceeded my expectations, and the pricing was very fair for the value received. Not only do the windows perform well, but they also greatly improved the overall appearance of my home. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Window Source of West Texas to anyone looking for top-notch products and exceptional service.

Have had several windows replaced by window source. Really pleased with the quality of the windows. Have had single hung and a picture window installed. They have held up great and are much quieter. We were also able to option for laminate glass on several windows to further reduce noise.

We love this company, they did such a great job for us that we definitely recommend. We’d have had the pleasure of doing business with them twice for a total of 15 windows and when we are ready they will do the remain 11 windows. From the start you are informed of the entire process every step of the way, appointment reminders and everything. They make it easy to settle the account and the initial consultation and the installation are a breeze. You’ll love them all, they’re professional, super sweet and respectful to your home and property. They leave the place so clean, you won’t even know the walls were exposed at some point. Give them a call, we totally recommend the Window Source of West Texas. Five stars all the way!

If you are looking to have window replacement and are having trouble deciding which company to contact. Do yourself a favor and request a qoute from the Window Source! The service is streamlined to be quick in response to quotes and general questions. I had 2 windows replaced after damage from a hail storm and am very satisfied with the professionalism throughout the entire process. From requesting a quote, speaking to a service member, and the installation itself was fantastic. I would recommend Window Source for any job, whether large, small, or unique. The good/bad is that it may take several weeks to have the windows installed, as a measurement must be completed to have a window custom made. My overall process took around 4-6 weeks, but the quality is superb. I really love the fact that the windows come with a screen that slides up and down so that you can clean your entire outside window! The warranty is fantastic and is transferable from sellers to buyers as well. I would use this company in the future without hesitation.

We won the 25 Days of Christmas giveaway! The whole experience was incredible. Sandy is the sweetest and her heart is pure gold. She made my whole year! She was very explanatory and helpful as we picked our new windows. She definitely knows what she’s talking about! Everything happened exactly as she said it would. The turn around time was perfect. Our installation was seamless and professional. We couldn’t be happier with our results! We can’t wait for our next project and definitely recommend The Window Source to all of our friends! This experience was a 10000/10!
