I breifly met Lance at my place of work when he came in yesterday and I described a broken window problem I've been having for a few years now. He told me where to get the info on the window and to give him a call. The next morning I found the info, relayed all of it and the problem is a broken handle latch to lock the window. He said he'd call me back and I thought "yeah, this guys gonna make $20 on a handle- there's no way I'm getting a call back"...but 15 min later he had the color of the part, the exact name and how to get one. Unfortunately the window supplier won't work with his company. But he gave me the call back and time of day and was super fast. That's a good employee right there. Don't let him go. I'm a real estate investor on the side and you probably earned more future business 10-20x than you could have ever made on this problem. Thank you, Lance.

A friends mom recommended this place to me after I was treated badly by another company over the phone. What great people. I live out of state I needed two really big picture windows along with multiple quotes for future purchases. They worked with me over the phone easily. They walked me through all the features I need for the windows use and placement. I had never heard of the company they recommended, Provia but the price and level of quality were pretty great! Turn around time was under 4 weeks. Every one else was 3 or 4 months. I wasn't able to install my windows for three months after they arrived at Lisbon but they held on to them until I was ready no issues no hassles. Local curbside delivery when I was finally ready was also super easy and cheap at like a 100 dollars and they were on time.I look forward and hope to buy a lot more windows from these folks.
I had the worst experience with ordering from this place. I would give them zero stars if I could. I built a new home and ordered an entire house worth of doors (over $5000). The doors came damaged, the quality was poor, and worse the customer service did nothing to fix the issues or come out and evaluate them.The only effort they put in was to contact the manufacturer which just told me to caulk the issues. I had door jambs that were split and warped, doors that had damage, and the “solid” doors I ordered were just cheap MDF veneer. I would have been better off ordering doors from Menards. The quality would have been better and they would have taken back the doors.I do not recommend ordering from this place.
