Uniglass Express - Mississauga

Was sent here by my insurance provider for a cracked windshield (requiring replacement) and was very happy with the service. - Every time I called an actual person picked up instead of some AI assistant (rare these days) - Workers were always very helpful - I wasnt able to make it back to the shop before they closed so I called them and they parked my car inside overnight and I was able to pick it up next day. This is the most pain free insurance claim Ive ever made! Would be happy to recommend them for windshield work.

I had a great experience with UniGlass. I booked an appointment to replace my truck’s windshield, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. My buddy Joseph and the rest of the team were kind, professional, and very hospitable. They made the process easy and stress-free. The appointment was completed right on time, and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend UniGlass for anyone needing windshield replacement or auto glass services!

I had such a great experience at Uniglass. From start to finish, the customer service was truly exceptional. The entire team was professional, informative, and handled my car with real care, which immediately put me at ease. I especially want to highlight Saad. He was outstanding. He took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and about the customer experience. The process itself was incredibly smooth and efficient. Everything was well organized, transparent, and stress free. It is rare to find a place where the service feels both highly professional and genuinely thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend Uniglass to anyone looking for quality work and top tier customer service. I will definitely be returning if I ever need anything again.
