We heard about Justin Kasberg from a friend, and he and his crew were perfect for our residing project on the oldest house in the neighborhood. As feared with such an old house, we encountered many issues once the old siding was pulled off, and Justin communicated well about what options we had to fix these issues. Once decisions about replacing windows, doors, light fixtures etc. were made, Justin kept meticulous records and issued change orders that eliminated any surprises.

Delays happen with major construction projects, and this project was not without them. However, they were largely due to supply chain issues rather than the construction work taking longer than anticipated. Justin kept to the work schedule and stayed within the proposed budget.

We were looking for a contractor that could help us with a variety of remodel needs, and we weren't sure if we'd find the right fit, but we did with Kasberg! They helped us with both exterior (new roof, stone accents, front door, shutters) and interior remodels (new master walk-in shower) and did an excellent job. In a time when it is hard to find a contractor for remodels (especially smaller jobs), they were more than willing to work with us, listen to our ideas and provide their own creativity to our project. Justin is a great communicator, patient and always made sure the work was getting done in the right way. Larry did excellent work on our shower and carpentry and was wonderful to work with. Kasberg Siding and Remodel performed a residing of a cottage project for us this spring. Justin Kasberg did a great job of communicating. He spent time to study the practicalities of the job, make suggestions and present a clear scope of work, cost and timeline. He was a good listener, open to ideas, suggested creative, practical solutions and had a good team of professional tradesman available to bring it all to fruition in a timely manner. He and his crew did what they said they were going to in the schedule they said they would do it in, for the price that we agreed to. After requesting bids from a number of companies for a residing project and hearing nothing back, I took a chance and called the number on a random work trailer in our neighborhood. Thank goodness I did, because I connected with Justin Kasberg and he gave us more time and consideration than I've gotten on any other project. The Kasberg staff, from carpenters to colorists, do quality work and put a lot of time into communication and will work with your budget. Our house feels brand new after this project!
