10:00 am I am driving in Missoula when my window slips off its track and is stuck open. Called Legacy Glass and they diagnosed the problem over the phone told me what part to get at the parts store and said they could get me in that afternoon. Dropped my car off at 1:00 told them I had an appointment back in Missoula at 3:00 p.m. and asked if they could have it done by then. I got a call at 2:00 saying my car was finished. What service! What could have been a showstopper for my day ended up just being a little glitch in the schedule. Greatly appreciate the knowledge, customer service and caring technicians. I was grateful to have the problem solved in the same day it occurred! That's amazing!
Legacy Glass did an awesome job replacing windows and a sliding door in our log cabin- they even got us in for an install super late in the season to help ensure we didn't have to go through winter with our old glass, which we appreciated SO much! They are kind, professional, and do quality work! We'd recommend them to anyone who needs their windows and doors replaced.
Legacy Glass replaced the windshield in our Toyota RAV4. They showed confidence and competence when the first people I went to did not. They are professional and friendly, and even taught me some things about my windshield camera settings. I'll definitely be using Legacy again.
We just had Legacy Glass replace 9 large window panes at my house. From the time Wyatt showed up, Wyatt was so nice and very easy to work with. Got my bid back to me in one day. They did a great job on the install. I would definitely have them do more work at my house.
Shane has a great sense of humor and good folks to work with at Legacy Glass. Our home with 23 varying size screens needed replacing badly before mosquito season started.
