I absolutely love this company. It’s really hard to find a company that’s honest, reliable and communicates well. We did our windows in our home in two stages. First off, Mandy at the office is fantastic at her job! She was extremely thorough from start to finish. She kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. Eric and Nick are the guys who came out to measure and install. They were professional, showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job. Not only did they put up with my dogs under their feet the whole time but other than the beautiful new windows you couldn’t even tell they had been here. They cleaned up after themselves, were fast and did great work! I recommend them to anyone who mentions wanting new windows without hesitation. Thanks again for my beautiful new windows!

Living in my area in MS made it very difficult to find someone available and trusted to replace my windows and doors. When Acadian advertised they came to MS I contacted them and Mandy was amazing! Her personality is so pleasant and she was so easy to work with.She dispatched Neil to come and he made the assessments and measurements and showed me options, colors and hardware.Then Eric, Nick and Emerson arrived and performed their magic. They installed them professionally and speedily and I am so pleased and happy to have such quality installation and the beautiful appearance! The results are fabulous! Mandy was in contact via phone and text and always available when I had to text her which was sometimes at night and over the weekend. She kept me updated each step of the way and followed up with me even after the installation was complete.When Mandy told me they are an excellent team I fully agree! Their meticulous attention to detail shows in their handiwork and craftsmanship. They aim to please and it is reflected in the excellent job they did. They are what I call EXTRA, going above and beyond to complete the installation.
