Called on Monday to get a quote for 2 window sash replacements (bottom), got the quote the same day with an estimate of installation day of Thursday with approval of invoice. By Thursday morning window sashes were installed. Great price. Quickly returned calls and responded to text. Highly recommend

I designed my home in old world European complete with arches throughout. I could not fathom the thought of rectangular vanity mirrors. After researching the internet, I just could not find exactly what I wanted. I didn’t want it to be ordinary. Prior to my home, Mr. Terry had not made “arch top” mirrors. He borrowed the plywood template used to make my foyer arches to achieve the style I wanted. PERFECTION! I’ve been in my home now about 2 months and I still stop and stare at the craftsmanship. It’s extraordinary, to say the least! Initially, I gave Mr. Terry a tour of the house to get the scope of the style I was going for. He didn’t have many questions and when he did, so easy to communicate and work with. Let me get to the costs…Mr. Terry BEAT 3 other glass/mirror estimates! Mr. Terry is true to his word. When he said he was going to be here on Thursday at 10:00, he was here and ready to get the job done. Let me tell you how impressed I was! What I thought was a “problem” was not even a problem for Mr. Terry. The electricians put an outlet above the sink in the powder room. I guess they thought I was going to put a store bought oval mirror. Mr. Terry made it look fabulous, too! I was so impressed with the bathroom vanities, that I added my dressing room mirror, glass tops for my new coffee/end tables, replaced the glass/mirror in my curio cabinet, and made an access panel for my grandfather clock (missing). Finally, the best part is my steam shower. It had to be a specifically made with tempered glass. He partnered with Bay Shore Glass, LLC and AGAIN mastered perfection in the master bath! Furthermore, my spouse and I decided that Mr. Terry would be best at repairing a bay window at the old house to get it ready to sell.
I’m so happy with everything that I wished it was just as easy dealing with the other contractors/subcontractors while building my house.
I think when my husband get home this evening and sees the master steam shower door…I think I could easily talk him into a shower door for the guest bathroom. I went ahead and had his colleague Bay Shore Glass measure the guest shower. And if I really have my way… get glass tops for my inherited formal dining room mahogany table, buffet, 6 legged sideboard, and serving tea/punchbowl cart/table!

Do yourself a favor and get mirrors/glasswork that you LOVE! It “dresses” the place up!
