Walked in and was told by George to email dimensions of job and he will get a quote. Sent an email with dimensions that I was asked for within the hour and heard nothing back. Sent 2 more emails directly to George and 1 to the company in 10 days time and called twice. Not 1 return on any form of communication. Went to another reputable local company and had what I needed installed in less than a week. Will never refer or contact this company for any kind of work. Very unprofessional, not sure how they stay in business

Called to have someone come out and give us a quote. Installer was great and very helpful. Told us to go to the store to pick out doors and hardware. When we went down George was stand offish and did not want to help us. When we asked if he had our info so we could pick things out, he said no. He said he never received our quotes and then came back out and said he had them. When we asked about the doors and how much the cut out would be he was vague and said $30. When picking out hardware he rushed us through it. After we finally got our final price it was $30 for each cut out on the door (knob, each hinge and dead blots). Will be trying another door company with better customer service.

Hello, my supervisor and I came in today (Tuesday 8/6/19 12pm) with a broken locking window latch, hoping that Modesto Door & Window would have an old one laying around... We were greeted by their awesome staff (Miriam & Jorge) who was so very eager to assist us with the locking window latch, but also informed us of the lifetime warranty on all of the windows our company has purchased, in which we were not aware of the warranty. I had the awesome opportunity to meet 2 of the most kindest and very helpful young people who has gone out of their way to provide us with the upmost customer service. I have shared this experience with my management team at Aegis Treatment Centers, in hopes of building an amazing business relationship.
