You will not meet a nicer guy than Robert. However, Arrow Door sells products from T-rio, who imports luxury doors from Montreal. Neither Arrow Doors nor T-rio know how to service some of the luxury lines they sell. Make sure to ask if they can service the product you wish to buy from them.
Great business! Robert was easy to communicate with and came on short notice to adjust our windows and make them work like new again. Highly recommend Robert and his business.
Quality workmanship, installer was here for about 3 hours. Replaced 2 storm doors and disposed of the old ones! Stuck to the free quote estimate even though there were a few issues. Highly recommend!
Wow. Robert came on a Saturday. He fixed all my window latches and hardware. I had reached out to him about a new windows install ($5000+ job) and he told me let me fix your hardware. He said the windows are good! He came and did the job fast. On his way out he noticed my storm door wasn’t working properly. He fixed that too. What an honest, amazing person. I need to pay it forward ! Highly recommend Robert and this company. I didn’t think people like him a still existed! Beyond impressed!!!
