I was very worried about choosing the right company to install my windows because my lodge cottage is made of logs, and the job really needs to be done with precision and professionalism. I can confidently say that Factory Direct exceeded my expectations. Sasha provided incredible service from the very beginning — he took the time to answer all my questions, reassured me throughout the process, and offered excellent suggestions that truly made a difference. A big thank you as well to Eugene for taking extremely precise measurements while maximizing the window space, which was very important for this type of home. Finally, the installers went above and beyond. Their work was clean, professional, and done with great attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Factory Direct to anyone looking for quality windows and a team you can truly trust — especially for unique homes like mine.
