I have not had work done by this company, they offered a free estimate for my siding, so we said fine. I will say the reps (Raelynn, Candace and Marvin are exceptional at their job and explaining the process/procedure in regard to the repair on our siding. It was a 3 hour appointment, I did wish we were informed of how long it would take as we did explain to the reps we did have places to be. They did come back with a 75k quote on a 1350 square foot home, which seems a tad bit aggressive. If they were a bit more affordable I think they would honestly do amazing and get more noticed. Overall aside from feeling very pressured as they contact you immediately the next day regardless of wanting time to think about it. They seem like they know what they’re doing.
This is our 3rd exterior job with Victory and we couldn’t be happier. We had a full siding job with garage roof, an emergency roof repair and today had another roof done here in Cherry Hill. Best siding project ever. The install team took only 3 days and got us basically a brand new house! The PII guy to review it scoped things out perfectly. The actual install team - so good to work with and they got it done so nicely. I couldn’t be happier.
Fantastic job. Windows are beautiful. Crew members were nice and kept everything clean while working and talked us through the whole process while doing the job. Pictures show before with a bay windows and the after with flat windows.
