The good: Amazingly-quick service - Took a mirror to be replaced and it was ready two days later for pickup. Service was friendly on dropoff and pickup, and the quote they provided was pretty accurate. Quality was great and there were no issues whatsoever.The not-so-good: Not much! I'm not sure how expensive mirror repairs usually are, but their prices lined up with my expectations ($125 to repair a medium-sized wall mirror). Wish they had an online presence with details on a website.
Great experience! We had some challenges with our bathroom remodel and East Cooper Glass worked hard to make the frameless glass surround work. We are very pleased with the finished product. Excellent customer service.
I was skeptical of the 5 stars these folks had, and my initial phone conversation with left me uncertain. HOWEVER, a ten minute visit this morning left me wowed with East Cooper Glass! I ended up with a $10 solution to what I thought was a $30-40 problem, all because they took the time to ask a few questions and then offered me several simple solutions. This is a local business that deserves your attention. Do NOT go to Lowe’s or HomeDepot for a mirror. Try ECG first!
