Our old single and double doors were replaced, along with two new lift motors and all the tracks, etc. Communication was great, the work was done professionally and we are very happy with the results. After digging in the rain because we were having some flooding the spring on our garage door snapped. So we were already very frustrated, and now our main garage door we use for business wouldn't open. We called around and because we are on an island every place we called either pushed our repair date way out or charged a fee for driving. Which I understand but it sucked and after the crap day we had had we were pretty over it. But then Crawford gave us a reasonable date and a reasonable price.The ray of sunshine we needed. They were very communicative and even moved our repair earlier when a technician became available. Jerry was very knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. 10/10 will recommend Crawford Garage Doors Inc. I'd ask for Jerry.
The garage door purchase for my shop was the single most expensive item in my shop build. After meeting with the staff and going over my project I had no doubt that I wanted to use Crawford Garage Doors, but I had no idea how expensive the doors were going to be when I framed in the 12' wide x 14' tall opening. I did a lot of shopping around to see if I could find something for cheaper, but after months I determined that the cost at Crawford Garage Doors fell in line what I found with other vendors.I decided to go wtih Crawford doors and despite the cost I couldn't be more happy with how things went. From the several times I stopped in to get different quotes for different configurations, to the communication about the scheduling of the install, to the installation, and the post install support everything was great. Even after I thought they were all done they contacted me to let me know there were some panels that had defects that they are going to replace. I didn't even notice the defects they were referring to until I went back to take a closer look.If you have to part with that kind of money you want to make sure that you will be happy with the end product. I would recommend CGD to anyone who asks because I got the impression that great service is the rule not the exception.

I changed my mind (after the order had been sent to be manufactured) on my garage door design and Jessica helped make it happen for me. :D John came out to measure, to provide a catalog, answer questions, and to give a quote. John was super professional and friendly. Kyle installed the door with precision and he was super friendly and a very hard worker. After the installation, I had questions and Kyle came back out to answer my questions that same afternoon at the end of his workday, which I greatly appreciate!I am VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW CRAWFORD GARAGE DOOR AND OPENER AND THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS OUTSTANDING
