My wife and I just completed a full renovation of our home built in the 50’s. Originally planned with Madrona for a major kitchen remodel the project quickly grew based on decisions we made. After 10 months, we had completely rebuilt everything in the home and Madronas level of flexibility made that possible.

All of the subcontractors were great to deal with and provided a level of craftsmanship we expected. I have experience with much of the building and home finishing process and knew what to look for throughout the project for level of detail and quality. The subcontractors Madrona has chosen for their projects really made the difference with fit and finish.

We’ve been back in our home for 6 months now and only a few minor things that needed attention which is to be expected with any project of this size. Lance and the Madrona team have been very quick to respond and address the issues.

My wife and I both agree that we will use Madrona for future projects and have recommended them to our friends and family.

Lance Bistranin helped navigate. Lance and his team took great pride in their work and paid attention to every detail.
