Collin, the owner of Sure Point was professional and prompt in communications. Knowing what I needed done I wasn't sure they would do the job since it was a small project. But they accepted the job and even set it up for a Saturday in order to get the job started and completed soonest. I didn't feel the cost was overpriced since it was a small job. They even recommended a different company for a different part of the job that had more experience on. That company was Tidee Construction. When all was said and done quality of materials, time to complete and quality of finished job were excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend Sure Point Construction and Tidee Construction

Collin and his crew tackled a challenging deck replacement project on our house on Big Lake. Challenging, because it was originally built in 1955 and remodeled a couple of times. Challenging, because the house was out of square. But in the end, the two new Fiberon composite decks look great. We also had them install Trex Rainescape channels to keep the dripping water off the porch below. Collin communicated well with us as we were gone on vacation at the time sending us in progress pictures and asking clarifying questions. We highly recommend Collin for his craftsmanship and for his ability to navigate a difficult project and coming up with innovative solutions.
