Excellent work and very fast. Konrad is very straightforward—some people might think he's rude, but the way I see it, he gets the job done.Yuri and the other guy were great. They helped move some furniture, covered the floor, and were respectful of our house. They took all the necessary safety precautions to remove the glazing without injuring themselves. Really professional and fast workers.Konrad recommended a local brand called RICH. At first, I was a bit concerned due to the lack of reviews or information, and the price difference compared to big brands was significant. However, we ended up following his recommendation, and the windows look great—working well with a good finish.We’ll see how they hold up over the next few years. I do wish I had gotten acoustic windows for the ones facing the main street, but overall, so far, so good. Let’s see how they perform in the first winter at the end of this year.
