Excellent customer service and honest pricing.I had taken a cabinet door that needed one half of a glass pane replaced. I was given a quote, estimated time for it to be ready and I paid the amount in full.I received a call on the given day and was informed that the 2nd pane was also replaced free of charge as it was impossible to putty fix just one side as earlier anticipated.Who does such honest work today?!!Highly recommend them for all things glass
Bought a large but relatively simple mirror from them this week. Everything went smoothly. Price compared to a couple of online mirror companies and Franciscan was approximately 25-50% less expensive. The quote to install did feel high and so I elected to do it myself.
I bought a mirror from this business. Really good service and very reasonable prices. My only down point was that they don't deliver so I had to rent a truck to pick up a very big mirror. If they would provide that service they would have gotten 5 stars. Consider the extra cost for a truck if you don't have one.
