We worked with Tom on a customized window solution for a bathroom remodeling project. Tom is very knowledgeable and patiently helped us understand the options available to us, pricing, and tradeoffs. Two thumbs up!

Unpleasant staff. I walked in looking for a modern high-end entry door but was greeted in a less than enthusiastic fashion. Eventually I was effectively told to go elsewhere or just browse the web. Not sure how that store got 4.8 stars.

We recently hired this company to install a Centor door and it turned out amazing. Along the way there was a little issue that needed the window manufacturing company to step up to the plate. Heartwood stood by us all the way thru and helped us get the desired result. I would highly recommend working with this company.
