Unpleasant staff. I walked in looking for a modern high-end entry door but was greeted in a less than enthusiastic fashion. Eventually I was effectively told to go elsewhere or just browse the web. Not sure how that store got 4.8 stars.

Mark, Tom and Mike are the easiest guys to work with and really ask the right questions so that they understand the goals of the project. They carry some of the most beautiful, durable and energy efficient windows and doors on the market. Even the city of Mountain View building inspectors were surprised to see some of the German made windows rated at efficiency levels they had never seen before. Everyone loves our new house and it is all about the windows and doors as we have created a really open look and feel. We did a second project, again with their windows and sliders and rented the place for $1,000 more than before with no questions asked- If you want great windows and perfect service- go visit their showroom!
