We purchased a new home and were needing window treatments throughout the house. The big box stores service and selection was less than stellar, and the prices were still high. After a Google search we found Shadesmiths, so glad that we did. Seamus came to our house and was patient with us. We ran out of time to finalize all of our selections on the first appointment but received some quotes to help us think through our options. Seamus never pressured us, gave us time to think through our options, and eventually I called him back for a 2nd appointment where we were able to finalize our selections. I am so happy with the new roller shades I got through Shadesmiths. I couldn't find anything I really liked through normal retail venues. I found Shadesmiths via a Google map search. Seamus is very professional and comes to you. He asked thought provoking questions and helped me find the perfect shade for my windows. These things are great! Super quiet and best of all they come with a life time manufactures warranty. Charlie installed them and he was awesome as well. A great locally family owned business that I highly recommend.
Seamus was a true professional throughout the whole process of acquiring and installing Graber blinds. We received easy to understand quotes with multiple options, received updates throughout the ordering and production process and the installation of the blinds was completed timely and to perfection.
