Our family was looking for a new entry side door. From the initial sale, Brian was professional and knowledgeable. Never pushy and answered any questions before we committed. Measurements were taken and Danny was our installer. Hands-down the most detail oriented and hardest worker I’ve seen! He was not rushed and made sure the install was to his and our satisfaction. Our expectations were exceeded and I recommend this company to all!
Our experience with Hometime Windows was phenomenal from start to finish. We received quotes and consultations from five different companies and right away our sales rep, Kaleb, stood out from the rest with his thorough presentation, followup, and kindness. My husband and I were very impressed with how prepared he was while still managing to not be pushy or bothered by my 1 million questions about the process and different options available. We were surprised at how competitive and affordable the quote was because the service was miles ahead of the other top companies in the area. I had to double check and confirm the price with Kaleb to make sure that I wasn’t missing anything or that there were no hidden fees and he assured me that the quoted price was the final price.Every single person we dealt with was extremely kind with fast followup to make the process easy. Finally, on install day, we were greeted ON TIME by Jesse and James. These guys were outstanding! They were friendly, conversational, and worked together seamlessly. They even asked to pet our Rottweiler and loved interacting with him. I couldn’t help but notice how they cleaned the space AS THEY WORKED and again after everything was complete. Which is extremely helpful because many contractors leave behind nails and debris which can be harmful with pets or kids around. They made us aware in the pre installation email that the installers may need to use our restroom, of course. But these guys still made sure to ask before using the restroom, even to wash their hands.Having them install our windows was like talking to old friend or neighbors the whole time and we actually enjoyed their company. It was like hosting the most thoughtful respectful house guests. I told my husband that I wish Hometime did full home renovations because I’d hire them for ALL of the renovations we have planned for our home (including bathrooms and kitchen). We are halfway through our full home reno and I’ll say without hesitation that Hometime has the best service and most competitive pricing of ANY trade we’ve dealt with thus far (including GC, fencing, electrician, and HVAC).
Nate and Vincent installed windows and 2 patio doors. I was amazed at the organization from beginning to end!! They are a great team with positive energy and professionalism throughout.
Daniel, Israel & Jesse did a fantastic job. They were attentive to details while installation of our beautiful security screen door and garden window. They were very clean and covered the window opening while removing our old window, keeping all the dust from coming in our home. The install finishes were beautiful. They wiped down and cleaned when finished.Daniel installed the screen door at the same time the others were installing the window. He was very exacting when hanging the door. He put on a new hearth and told us not to step on it for 24 hrs so it cured. After he wiped everything down he painted the screws used on the front of the door with a small fingernail polish sized brush so they matched the door color and gave me the little bottle to touch them up as needed. Overall I would trust them explicitly to install any items Home Time sells.
Eduardo and Carlos made us the happiest people in the world today by installing our 5 windows and 2 sliding doors. We couldn't even open some of our old ones anymore. But wow, what a difference. They were both beyond friendly, on time, and very professional. This would not have been possible without Addison coming out to give us an estimate and helping us make the decision to choose Hometime. He was a true professional and not at all pushy. I felt like we got a really good deal with this install and could not be happier. Not all windows and doors are posted here but I hope the next lost soul finds this useful. Thank you, Hometime!
