We just experienced our first heavy rain since the installation of our new Crystal windows by Horizon Window Care. We should have replaced the 40+ year old windows sometime ago. The house is warmer with double panes, transmits less UV light and much of the outside noise is gone.
If you are in the market for a professional company to install retro-fit windows you need to get a quote from Horizon Window Care. We installed 2 sliding doors and 6 windows at a fraction of the cost of the company that floods your mailbox with ads.
The installation team of Tony, Forest, Drew and David were on time, knowledgeable and kept the jobsite clean. During the installation they informed me of any issues they encountered and even finished ahead of schedule.
I highly recommend Horizon Window Care if you are considering replacement windows. I understand that they also fix problem windows that were installed by other contractors. They are located in Temecula but work throughout southern California.

We had a great experience! Quote was reasonable as well as the timeline for delivery and installation. Everything was explained in detail prior to our purchase. Veronica with Customer Service was the best! We received reminder texts, including a photo of the technicians who would be coming to our home. Each technician called in advance of their arrival with an accurate time estimate for arrival. Everyone was so professional and the work completed was excellent. I’ve already recommended Horizon to a friend! And I’ll definitely call them should we need these services again.

Horizon Window Care was excellent to work with. We needed new window glass installed, a new window installed, and some repairs done to a few windows that had broken springs and screens. They were responsive, affordable, and trustworthy. I loved how they texted updates, called to let us know their ETA, and sent pictures of the technicians coming out. Our new windows look fabulous! Tony and Forest both did a wonderful job as well as Veronica who answered all of my questions.
