Debra Bryant

Absolutely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by Kevin, who installed my walk-in tub. He kept me informed on the details and any issues every step of the way. Really appreciate his attention to detail.

Marquis and his partner did an amazing job on my tub/shower replacement to a walk-in shower!! They had a couple of bumps in the road and handled them both very professionally. They were very helpful and explained the process to me as they went along, which was very informative to me. I can’t wait to try my new shower!!!!

Michael and Jason from West Shore arrived promptly on a Saturday morning. They worked tirelessly installing my beautiful new front door. They replaced the frame and threshold. Their carpentry skills came in handy. They were polite and informative. The door and install were on the pricey side but seeing the quality of both it was reasonable. Financing available upon approval. ProVia warranty included. I highly recommend West Shore for peace of mind in product and contractors abilities.

I recently had 3 doors installed by West Shore Home and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mitchel Cox and his team — Aiden, Jason, and Hunter — did an excellent job from start to finish. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, informative, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They made sure every detail was exactly to my liking and were very attentive to the small things that really make a difference. The team worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made sure everything was done right before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. I would absolutely recommend West Shore Home, especially Mitchel Cox and his team, to anyone looking for quality installation and great customer service.

We just had our cheap plastic slide in shower removed and replaced with a gorgeous new shower, including all plumbing, shower head upgrade, safety grab bars, teak attached seat, and glass sliding doors. West Shore Homes did a beautiful job from start to finish. Special thanks and recognition to our two installers - Ken C. and Jahmar. They worked very hard all day long to ensure our new shower was completed in one day, as promised. They were very helpful with all of our questions, patient with our interruptions, and thoughtful and considerate by leaving our bathroom spotless!! If we contract with West Shore Homes in the future, we will request these same two installers.
