LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my windows!Naperville Windows offers three ranges with their Marvin Windows, and I went with the top range (all wood- about 30-40 windows). Dan, Victoria, and Sandy made the whole process so smooth. Dan has been an absolute rock star—super knowledgeable, responsive, and always happy to help! I had a couple of hiccups with the order, but he took care of everything with his calm personality.I’m not easy to please, but I can wholeheartedly say I’m beyond satisfied with both the product and the outstanding customer care. If you want a super clean job with amazing windows, Dan and his team are the ones to call. Book your appointment now—you won’t regret it!
Cannot say enough good things about this company. Don and their sales guy Bruce were very easy to work with, they were very transparent and not pushy like some salesmen are, had a great showroom to showcase all of our buying options, very communicative, and most importantly, very fair with their pricing while doing incredible work. The crew was wonderful (Joe especially), they worked diligently and finished a pretty big job in less than three days time. I wish they did more than doors and windows because we would absolutely use them again.
I got 12 windows replaced and a sliding door. The pricing is upfront and direct (no gimmicks or fake coupons, like some of the other competitors). Sandy was able to provide me with many different quotes as I changed my mind throughout the process, and she was very polite and quick. Don was very informative, and seemed to really care about me getting a positive outcome. Joe arrived perfectly on time each day, and I am very impressed with his work. The entire installation team worked quickly, but still exercised care to not damage any of my belongings or furniture. They also asked my opinion on different ways to do the trim to ensure I was satisfied with the result.The windows and trim work look good both on the inside and out. I especially like the Marvin Essential Sliders.
Naperville W&D blew my mind from start to finish! Extremely fast response from the quote through installation. I initially reached out for a quote via email, and they responded within 2 hours with a quote for the entire project. Very responsive to my 1,000,000 questions, worked with me on financing options and helped me pick the product that was right for me (even gave me new quotes when I changed what I wanted over and over again). Finally placed the order, was quoted 7-10 weeks for install, yet the windows came in within 4!!! Scheduled my install, and they let me know they had an earlier appointment which I took. Installers showed up on time, worked ALL day and did a bang up job! Far exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was mind blowing. From the window trim, to the touch up paint on my walls, to the clean up, I cannot believe how good of a job they did. It was the definition of white glove service. When the project was finished I got a full tutorial on how to use/clean the windows, and some tips on how to keep them in good shape. I cannot recommend this company enough, if I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend!
