Argo has a fantastic BBB rating as well.Follow up: Vladys and another gentleman removed the old window and installed the new window without any issues. This window was custom and roughly 20 feet high.Every step in this process was communicated consistently. Each time they came they were on time as well. I haven't had a better experience with any other work done on my house. I would definitely use them again. They were fantastic!
I'm a a picky oerson and was rhrilled with Argo from estimate to installation!! We had two panels in a wall of patio doors go foggy/streaky. These stationary windows had lost their seal. After watching it get worse for over a year, we happened to get an Argo Glass flyer in the mail, and figured why not get an estimate. I had no idea just the glass could be replaced! Very professional, reasonable cost for new panes and installation was perfect and quick. Couldn't be happier.

I wish the team would have taken better care and precautions around making sure they didn't damage our home! Our newly painted entryway needs to be repainted in areas they placed ladders on and a couple other spots where they just weren't careful. They also damaged trim around the window that they replaced and I don't think that's going to be fixable at all. I also had to ask them to clean the glass because they left hand prints, suction cup marks, etc and I wanted to make sure it wasn't scratched. They "cleaned" it but did such a bad job just doing that. I get it. They just wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible, but I'm definitely disappointed they weren't more conscientious about not damaging walls and trim.I should have known it wouldn't go well because they told me 3-4 weeks to get the glass made, and after 5 weeks I had to ask them for an update, and they then wanted to schedule quickly. I wonder how long the glass was sitting around or how long it would have been if I never reached out for an update. I'm surprised at all the good reviews, because nothing really went well. I'm afraid of the quality of the install job and if this $3k piece of glass is going to last in the long run.UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS'S REPLY: For those that actually are thinking about doing business with this company, this is what happens if you write a negative reply about your experience:They respond back and call you a liar.They show up to your home, unannounced, and ask why you would write a negative review, and ask that you take down the review.They come back out to "fix" the issues, and in the process they break a crystal off of your chandelier, but hide it in their pocket, they drop a glob of stain on your wood stairs, and they drop a chisel on your tile floor and crack it.Don't bother wasting your time with a company that calls their customers liars after a bad experience.
Showed up on time for estimate and for repair. Very professional and polite. Reasonable price. No sales pitch or upselling. Very professional in our home during repairs. Highly recommend. Super communication throughout entire process from scheduling to arrival. Fred was awesome.
