Great experience at the Glass Doctor Nashville. Bethany was warm, responsive, and very helpful; her reminder text the day before (and sharing the address) made everything easy and smooth when I arrived.Mike was my technician and he was fantastic; professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The whole visit was quick and smooth, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which I really appreciated. I’ve had my windshield repaired elsewhere and it took much longer, so the efficiency here was ideal.You can tell they really care about good customer service and taking care of their customers. I truly appreciated the great experience. Highly recommend!
Another great job by this Team! Ms. Vicki and Michael took great care of me. Michael knocked the new windshield out in good time and Ms. Vicki was a blessing and reminded me I was within the Warranty period, so it cut my cost in half! I was very happy and blessed at this point since I was super mad about the crack in my windshield in the first place. Second time replaced! And came back to same place that took good care of me the first time! I appreciate their thoroughness and Customer Service!
I got a chip in my 2019 Subaru windshield which led to a long crack and I had to replace my windshield. My insurance deductible was $500 so I called around to a few places to see if I could get it cheaper. Glass Doctor had a special going on which brought the price with the Subaru EyeSight calibration to $500.49. Scheduling with Bethany was quick and easy and she was able to get me in within two business days! The windshield expert, Mike, already had the EyeSight calibration system set up and ready for my arrival, which cut down the time in the waiting room. Thankfully there was free WiFi and they offered water and coffee. I was in and out of there relatively quickly. I would use Glass Doctor again if I need any sort of glass repair.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Daniel, Toby, Ed and Danny with Glass Doctor of Nashville on my purchase and installation of a new glass shower door. in my master bathroom! The whole process took about two weeks from my measuring appointment, picking the door and color to the installation. Daniel is easy to work with on the ordering and scheduling for the work to be done. Toby was very friendly and informative when he came to do the measuring. Installation by Toby, Ed and Danny was convenient and professional. They were done with removal of the old doors and installation of the new door and panel in a couple of hours. I could not be more pleased with the finished product as you can see from the pictures. Thanks again to Glass Doctor of Nashville!!
