Bay State Window & Door

Can't speak to the work they do because I was never called back for an appointment. Reached out on a Wednesday, told I would get a call the next day to schedule someone to come to my home for an assessment of the broken glass on my front door. I called twice the next day & left a message, never got a call back. Called again this morning, the lady I spoke to said she would be putting my file on the desk of whomever is supposed to do the schedule, it's now well past the end of the day with no return call. It's unfortunate because I hate to leave a bad review on a local business but this is just not the way to do things. I will be going elsewhere after chasing them for 3 days.

We hired Bay State Window and Door to replace our basement windows. They were on time, very professional and cleaned up perfectly. They also fixed my front door which had issues from another contractor. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
