Can't speak to the work they do because I was never called back for an appointment. Reached out on a Wednesday, told I would get a call the next day to schedule someone to come to my home for an assessment of the broken glass on my front door. I called twice the next day & left a message, never got a call back. Called again this morning, the lady I spoke to said she would be putting my file on the desk of whomever is supposed to do the schedule, it's now well past the end of the day with no return call. It's unfortunate because I hate to leave a bad review on a local business but this is just not the way to do things. I will be going elsewhere after chasing them for 3 days.

We hired Bay State Window and Door to replace our basement windows. They were on time, very professional and cleaned up perfectly. They also fixed my front door which had issues from another contractor. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Bay State Window and Door just installed my new basement windows and I am beyond happy! The windows are beautiful and after dealing with the dark 100 yr old (yup, 100 yr old original windows!) for so long, my basement looks lighter and brighter inside. The guys, Chris and Curtis, could not have been more professional or accommodating. They got here on time and got right to work. They were respectful of our property and answered all my questions. I also had 4 screens fixed and they look great! I am glad I went with a locally owned business instead of a big nationwide company both because of the great price, AND because I didn't feel I was treated like anonymous customer number 10,000!
We had Baystate come by this past Thursday and Friday to install 9 new windows. Friendly employees, excellent windows, great quality, fair pricing. We got 8 quotes, Baystate was well within acceptable limits on cost. We are very happy with the whole experience. My only critique was the very end. Windows should have been cleaned after the install to put this over the top. Lots of greasy fingerprints to clean up. Other that that, which was minor, it all went very well. I would use them again.
