Had rear hatch window vandalized. The forecast was for snow. They took me right in and put plastic over it and scheduled me for 1st app. nice a.m.Took about 2 hrs and did great job
Sasha, the receptionist was incredibly nice to me! My car got rocks thrown from a few 13 yr old punks. Police caught them. They also damaged a few other cars. Anyway, Safelite made an appointment for me, but supposedly the glass came in damaged. I then find out that Hyundai doesn't make that window anymore! So, I called everywhere. Suddenly, I got a call back from Sasha from City Wide Glass. She told me that she found a window from one of the guys, probably from body shop that hoards parts, or maybe a junkyard. I went from not ever getting a window, which means, I need to get another car, to Sasha's kindness, and the worker who found the glass. They made a timely appointment, and didn't take long at all. City Wide Glass is highly recommended. I would give 10 stars if I could.I had been waiting for another glass company from somerset to install a hurricane window pane that was under warranty. I had the replacement in hand. After 2 months of promises for Somerset to call me back and schedule, someone recommended CityWide Glass- Dartmouth.Within a week I received a quote, had a very professional install. The CityWide team was very professional, fast, clean, and knowledgable.I have no regrets from using Citywide and plan to replace future hurricane panes soon.The turnaround time will be a day for citywide to make the future hurricane panes. As compared with the other company that took 2 months of multiple emails and calls to just be forgotten.I highly recommend CityWide Glass Dartmouth ! I only regret I didn’t call them first! You won’t be disappointed.
I was having two custom glass shelved made for a china hutch upgrade my wife and I were doing. The team at City Wide recommended a few options, including the 3/8 glass shelves we ended up getting. The shelves fit perfectly and they look as amazing as the team said they would And the strength they provide for support is great as well. Worth every dollar invested and I will go back to them if I need other custom glass done.
