I came in looking for a part I was confused about, turns out you can only get it directly from the manufacturer. Sue took the time to not only explain how to get the part but explained how it worked and made sure I was getting the right one. My first time going to Rings End was hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. I will be shopping here from now on. Thank you Sue.

Would score higher if they would stop raising their prices as much. Paint prices in particular. They need to offer other brands of paint besides Ben Moore. BM now has a virtual monopoly at Rings End. if they had more diversity in product lines the paint manufacturers would not have a lock and would need to compete for the business.
Supply has been a problem a great deal also. And the general reaction has been to raise prices.
The store motto should be changed to A Reliable Source of Disappointment!

A little bit of confusion on my going there to look at special order doors that when I spoke to someone on the phone had told me a specific door name was in the showroom . When I got there , the particular door was not in their showroom. The gentleman there explained why it wasn't and it made sense. Very helpful and gave me the info to pick out what I was looking for. So, it was a good experience overall. Highly recommend Ring's End.

Unfortunately I’ve been having some issues in New Milford Store, if I place an order by phone when I go there to pick it up, the paint is not ready.
I’m a subcontractor and also have my own company, which means I order a good amount of paint regularly.

Just yesterday I placed an order by phone,
2 1/2 hours later I went to pick it up and the guy there ignored me, when I finally asked him about my paint, he didn’t even know what I was talking about.
But sadly even there he went back to do whatever he was doing and completely forgot I was there.

I had to leave the store without my order. Good customer service is lacking there.

I’ve been in business for quite a long time now and my experience in Rings End in Bethel and Danbury is totally different.

The guys there are fast, very friendly, we have a good relationship, they know me by my name, they’re always on top of things. As soon as I get there they help me all the time, and if they’re busy at least you know they will be with you as soon as they can. But honestly, is been years and I never got any complaint.

The only reason I buy in New Milford is because I moved to this town recently. Otherwise I rather go somewhere else.
