Can’t say enough about the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail by Leo, Jose and Jeffrey. They recently completed work replacing a fiberglass shower stall insert with a fairly intricate tile design; removed and replaced our front door and surround with a new door, custom all PVC trim on the exterior and larger trim molding in the interior; installed french doors to a living room/ office that looks like it was original construction; did some paint work and installed new recessed lighting and ceiling fan; and repaired some siding that was allowing water to seep into the house. The results are beautiful and were exactly what we were looking for. Additionally, can’t say enough about Leo’s responsiveness. He was always available for questions, texts, calls anytime and responded immediately. Kept us apprised each step of the way. Awesome work guys! Thank you!

Outstanding Service and Craftmanship

We recently had a new patio door and casement window installed by Leo and the Woodland Building and Remodeling team, and the quality of the work was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations.

Leo was very knowledgeable and friendly and took his time to explain the process throughout the installation, and promptly answered any questions we had. He even befriended our dog, who was somewhat anxious with all of the activity, but took an immediate liking to Leo.

Crew members Jose and Jeffrey were highly skilled, and they worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. When the job was completed, the work area was cleared up quickly and left spotless.

Our new window and patio door look fantastic and function flawlessly. I would highly recommend Woodland Building and Remodeling to anyone who is looking for professional and truly outstanding quality work and service from beginning to end!

Leo and his team were a pleasure to work with! After four unsuccessful months of working with a previous contractor for a kitchen and partial bathroom renovation, I reached out to Leo for help. He was immediately responsive, kind, and was clear in explaining what needed to be repaired and done in order to get the job done right.

His communication is top notch! Leo checked in everyday during construction to explain what the day's agenda was and checked in each evening to review what was accomplished. His attention to detail is praiseworthy and very much appreciated. Leo offered design recommendations that have transformed my kitchen into a beautiful and warm space for me and my family.

His team was at my home each day working hard and never once were they a no show. He even cleaned out and organized my garage just because and it looks amazing.

Many thanks to Leo, Jose and Pablo for our recently completed kitchen and dining room gut reno and updated powder/laundry room. They were a pleasure to work with, the work was done so meticulously, and we couldn’t be happier with the process and the end result. Leo communicated well throughout the construction. He was either on-site or checked in each day to make sure we were happy with the day’s work and to let us know what was upcoming.

The project included removing a wall, taking the space down to the studs, adding a new window, replacing tile with hardwood to blend with other rooms, and building out a full custom kitchen. Of course in our 1966 home, they uncovered a variety of problems, but Leo and crew didn’t take any shortcuts fixing them and kept us informed. Their experience showed in creative problem-solving, and I could tell that Leo just loves to make things right.

Leo was also so helpful in making design recommendations, helping us to work through the options like lighting, paint colors, and molding. In the end, every one of his recommendations gave us both a beautiful and functional space that makes us smile every day.

We’ll be happy to recommend Leo and Woodland Building.
