Window Repair NYC

Do not get involved with this company! Based on my experience and what I have witnessed, they take customer deposits and fail to complete orders, or delay them for months — sometimes up to half a year. Promises are made, deadlines are given, and then nothing happens. This is extremely unprofessional and deeply concerning. Clients are left waiting, out of pocket, and without clear communication. Please think very carefully before trusting this company with your money. I strongly advise others to do thorough research and proceed with extreme caution.

Very happy with their work. Throughout every step of the process: initial outreach, window assessment, billing, and actual repair, communication was clear and fast. I had initially needed to only fix three of my four windows, and during the process, we noticed an issue with the fourth window that only became obvious during the fixing, and they were able to fix that in the same trip instead of having to come again.

They were great. My store had been broken into in the middle of the night. There were police, there was glass everywhere, and I was stressed. I’ve had not so great experiences with emergency glaziers in the past so I was not only hesitant, but skeptical. I’m also embarrassed to say I was curt as well. The service was fast, professional, and the exact price they quoted over the phone. I would absolutely hire them again.

Hired Window Repair too replace 3 doors into glass doors. The technicians skillfully took our old doors and frames apart then put in the new glass doors. They cleaned up after themselves and fixed the frames. Their IT team also quickly set up our fob scanning system with very little trouble. And finally double checked all the doors making sure it opens and closes with no issues Tenants in my 16 stories residential building loves how they look.

The team at Window Repair NYC was contracted to repair problematic windows and damaged screens in our coop building. Their staff have been professional all the way. They were flexible with work days and even conducted complementary site surveys to provide accurate quotes. We were able to arrive at pricing that accomodated our budget to complete the work needed. Our 20yr old alumnium windows are now able to open and close much easier. Several of our windows had child safety bars which they removed and reinstalled at no additional cost. They were also able to remove the original window screens to replace damaged mesh with better material. This was something that other contractors stated was not possible.
