Royal Prime Windows

Had an excellent experience with Royal Prime Windows. When I was looking for window replacement quotes for my 100 year old windows, a friend recommended Royal Prime. Of all the companies I contacted, they were the ones who were the most up front with honest pricing and no hard sell. Andrew provided a comprehensive estimate and was extremely knowledgeable about houses in my area. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job with installation, showing up on time and finishing early. They cleaned up beautifully. Cila in the office was a pleasure and everyone offered excellent communication. One window arrived cracked but was quickly replaced, no hassle, no fuss. One of my neighbors watched the installation and now they've called to schedule. I can't say enough about how happy I am to have beautiful, functional windows to replace those old, wooden windows that didn't want to open. So glad I did it before this current cold snap!

?????????? Five-Star Review for Andrew at Royal Prime Windows Andrew from Royal Prime Windows was outstanding from start to finish. Everything he said he would do, he followed through on exactly, and on time. His communication was clear, his professionalism top-notch, and the quality of his workmanship exceeded my expectations. The window installation was done efficiently and flawlessly, and the results look fantastic. It’s rare to find someone who delivers exactly what they promise, but Andrew certainly does. Highly recommend him and Royal Prime Windows!

Excellent quality, service, and communication. Andrew walked us through thoroughly in deciding which windows would suit our building the best while staying within our budget. He was very honest and upfront about scheduling, working requirements, pricing, and payments. He and his employees were very respectful to us and were able to work around our requirements and schedule whilst delivering exceptional work. Andrew was also always available to contact throughout the entirety of the job in case we had any questions. Royal Prime stayed true to their estimate and was able to work with us on any modifications we needed along the way. We would gladly work with them again for any future window projects we need.

Cila was great at making the process smooth. Even with the scratch in the glass she had the piece replaced within a week. We would use them again for any future windows. Though there was a small dent on the edge, she told us not to be alarmed as it is hidden once installed. No refund on custom size windows.
