Ill right a proper experience when time permits. Was worried and panicking cause my mom's new cars windshield broke and I dont know anything about EVs. I called a ALOT of places.He is fairly priced. Very quick. Professional. Extremely nice and considerate. I would highly recommend. Will update after a few months with the new windshield.
When the panoramic glass roof on my Ford edge broke, I contacted several local auto glass companies and MRM was the only company that was able to do the work. From the moment I contacted them they were very helpful and informative on what the process was and we’re quick to give me quotes. The pricing and options were very reasonable and even assisted when the decision was made to put it through insurance. When I went to get the panoramic glass fixed they told me it would be approximately one hour to do the work and to my surprise they were done in approximately 45 minutes. The install of the new glass was as good or better then the factory and the retractable part worked much smoother then it ever had.The waiting room was very spacious and there was wifi, complementary beverages, and the atmosphere was very clean and welcomingI would not hesitate to use MRM for any of my future auto glass needs
We took our car to get our windshield replaced as it had been cracked. We were originally going to go with Speedy Auto Glass but came across MRM and all the positive reviews. They came in with a price that was much better than Speedy and we dropped our car off after making an appointment. They were extremely friendly and reasonably quick. They looked after the insurance claim and were very detailed in their after care instructions. They did a great job and they also offer a lifetime warranty. We highly recommend them for all your auto glass needs.
