I would like to begin by saying I highly recommend Simon & Sons to anyone considering a new door. The product they offer is truly top of the line! Evan was my main point of contact in the office, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions with patience and genuine care, and I never once felt like I was taking up too much of his time. If he didn’t have an answer right away, he quickly followed up with one. His recommendations were spot on, and even his estimate was incredibly close to the final price.

Install day was just as impressive. Colin, Marq, and Sam were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. They worked seamlessly as a team and were so patient with me whenever I had questions. Their workmanship and attitude truly exceeded my expectations. It was a seamless day and the final product was better then I imagined.

I recently had Simon and Sons Windows install new windows at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their service was incredibly professional. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly take great pride in their work.

The installation itself was seamless — the team arrived on time, completed the job efficiently, and left the work area spotless. They even took the time to walk me through all the features and operation of the new windows, which I really appreciated.

The quality of the products is exceptional — you can immediately tell these windows are built to last. I highly recommend Simon and Sons Windows to anyone looking for outstanding service and top-notch craftsmanship!

When I visited the showroom he explained their products and services thoroughly. Derrick came promptly to measure and make suggestions for my door replacement. And lastly, the installation was done by Vitus and Sam within the timeframe I had been given. I highly recommend Simon and Sons!

The crew was amazing! They arrived on time, were so friendly, and did such a fantastic job. I’m absolutely thrilled with the new windows and patio door—the trim work is beautiful and so well done.

The garage door capping is also a thing of beauty! I really appreciate the extra weather stripping they added—it’s such a thoughtful detail. The level of care and craftsmanship that went into this project means the world to me.

Evan was also so helpful in the showroom and getting everything organized so smoothly. I’ll definitely be using Simon and Sons again for future window needs!
