I would like to begin by saying I highly recommend Simon & Sons to anyone considering a new door. The product they offer is truly top of the line! Evan was my main point of contact in the office, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions with patience and genuine care, and I never once felt like I was taking up too much of his time. If he didn’t have an answer right away, he quickly followed up with one. His recommendations were spot on, and even his estimate was incredibly close to the final price. Install day was just as impressive. Colin, Marq, and Sam were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. They worked seamlessly as a team and were so patient with me whenever I had questions. Their workmanship and attitude truly exceeded my expectations. It was a seamless day and the final product was better then I imagined. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and the finished product!

I recently had Simon and Sons Windows install new windows at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their service was incredibly professional. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly take great pride in their work. The installation itself was seamless — the team arrived on time, completed the job efficiently, and left the work area spotless. They even took the time to walk me through all the features and operation of the new windows, which I really appreciated. The quality of the products is exceptional — you can immediately tell these windows are built to last. I highly recommend Simon and Sons Windows to anyone looking for outstanding service and top-notch craftsmanship!

An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish with Simon & Sons. From our first meeting in the showroom with Evan, he was patient, professional and helped us make the right choice for us. Further the pricing and options were clear and all estimates were adhered to. Installation day was smooth and entirely as explained. Colin and the team's work is world-class and in every aspect exceeded expectations. Sincerely, I would highly recommend Simon & Sons for all of your window and door needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Simon & Sons install replacement windows?

It measures brick to brick for a full-frame replacement, removes the existing frames, jambs and casing, then finishes inside with new solid-wood, pre-primed jambs and casing rather than MDF.
