Had an appointment for noon, glass tech did not bother to show up until 1. I did not get back car back until after 2pm. Glass job on my windshield was great but don't accept appointments if you are unavailable.
A rock hit my windshield after my car was only two months old had to take it to Novus on McManus Boulevard. They gave excellent service. They called me every step of the way and accommodated my needs to the fullest. I would highly recommend them. Raven and Rebecca were great.
