First off, I want to let Rob and Mike know that their advertising works!I paid closer attention to Gemini's radio ads this past summer when I was looking for the best siding business in Niagara. While Gemini has competition, they proved to be the best in the area, bar none.It was great to meet with Rob in his office and get a computerized mockup of various colours and styles of siding to help us narrow down the right choice.For the record, this meeting happened before we even decided on Gemini. Compare that to the competitors we reached out to who either never called us back, or the competitor that quoted us unrealistic SIX FIGURES for the job without the itemized details. (was he joking or was it a typo? If you're that careless and disinterested in your business, we're not the customers for you!).After we signed the contract, the work was completed quicker and cleaner than we expected.It does take more than catchy ads to be the best, and Gemini scored high marks for quality, selection, affordability, professionalism, and attention to detail.There were a few hiccups with our older home, but nothing out of the ordinary with our siding job. I can say that with confidence because we bought our house during COVID and the interior renovation process we experienced was less than ideal. Yes, a global pandemic created nightmares across the board, but when you deal with a true pro in the trades like Gemini, you realize how much other contractors make excuses for what is actually a lack of professionalism.Rob, the radio ad worked for me and your team (specifically Mike and Jay) went above and beyond to make our home shine in our neighbourhood.I would highly recommend Gemini for your siding and window projects. I was looking to replace all the windows and doors in my house and thought I was in for a nightmare. I called Gemini Windows, Doors & Siding and was immediately answered by Shelby. She made the process of setting up the quote feel easy breezy, and already I had a good feeling. Andrew showed up to do my quote and was very human with me the whole way through. He was very honest about what I needed (and what I didn't need) and at no point did it feel like he was pushing me to do more than I wanted. After I got a very fair quote sent my way, Rob, the owner, reached out to me with a couple suggestions and changes he could make to save me even more money! He was willing to meet with me at his office after hours at a time that worked with my busy schedule. From the minute we shook hands, I knew I was not going to regret this, and I haven't for a second! The install team of Mike and his guys were fast, efficient, and super tidy. They had no issues removing their shoes in the carpeted areas, which I can't say enough how much I appreciate.
