When I contacted John at Glass Inc., he responded immediately and scheduled a house visit. No other contractor I reached out to was this efficient. When John arrived, he took detailed measurements using precision tools and said his staff would send a quote as soon as possible. To my surprise, the quote was emailed to me before he even left the property.I was initially told the glass could take up to three weeks, but I was contacted just one week later to schedule the installation. Tom and Matt arrived to complete the install, and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they also shared some invaluable tips on how to keep the shower glass clean and looking great.Overall, I am extremely impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Tom & Rick installed glass in our shower in our tiny house.
