We had moved into a new house and wanted to build a carriage garage as the existing attached garage would not accommodate our needs. After much research, we decided to contact Centennial Builders and Remodelers. They had great reviews and after meeting with Brent we decided to use them for our project.

The project was a bit complicated as we were simultaneously putting in a pool and doing a large landscape project at the same time. This required much coordination and cooperation amongst the contractors, but things overall went very smoothly.

Brent and his crew did a fantastic job. Per HOA requirements, the garage had to match our existing home (brick, siding, roofing, etc.). We have neighbors and friends that have said the new garage looks like it has always been there. Brent was great at communication and was a stickler for details. While we experienced a few hiccups along the way as expected, everything turned out great. They even did a partial master bath remodel for us before doing the garage.

We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely use them again in the future. We can highly recommend Centennial!

Centennial Construction did an outstanding job on our recent home project. They built beautiful custom bookcases around our fireplace, replaced several doors, and added crown molding throughout the house. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional.

The team was always on time, extremely friendly, and consistently respectful of our home. We lived in the house during the construction, and they protected the workspace and cleaned up at the end of each day, which made the entire process so much easier. Once the project was finished, they touched up every little blemish with fresh paint, leaving everything looking perfect. We didn’t need any follow-up because the work was completed flawlessly the first time.

We highly recommend Centennial Construction for any remodeling needs. A truly professional and reliable company!

We used Centennial for our exterior remodel last March and still could not be more in love with the results. They are extremely professional. This was a somewhat lengthy and invasive project at times. However we were impressed how they remained very quiet and respectful of our home and family throughout the entire renovation. My dog really missed them after they finished!

When we purchased our home the year prior, our windows and siding were rotted out and in desperate need of replacement. We contacted Centennial and I showed them pictures and explained the look I was trying to accomplish. I wanted to find a way to update and modernize the original red brick without painting it. We wanted something timeless and not too trendy. I had another company create the exterior design. The exterior
design company gave us a list of very expensive products to achieve the design they created, however, Brent from Centennial was able to look at the pictures and help me find comparable windows, doors, and fixtures at lower prices to achieve the exact design and save us money.

While this would be an expensive project no matter what company we went with- I am confident that Centennial made this as affordable as possible for us- while also providing products and quality workmanship that will last.
