Sadly I bought a house with windows from a company that disappeared 15 years ago and needed replacement sashes. Luckily Fenster makes them and they also make sure they arrive in perfect condition by delivering them anywhere in the USA! The owner was very communicative about the status of the order and Jason the delivery driver was terrific and the nicest man! Getting them installed next week.

I ordered primed wood double-hung kits from Fenster. Communication during and after the order was good. They were delivered with a van to our house in Dallas in a month. Installation takes 10 minutes per window. They feel like good quality but time will show. I painted them to match our colors.
Only minor quality problem I observed is the excess silicone on the edges of the glass outside. I had to shave them but they still interfered with my masking tape and also look ugly from inside if left like that.

One of the only companies that make replacement sashes for Norco windows. They were very precise and although they deliver everything themselves no matter where it is in the country, it is worth the wait. Ryan who delivered the windows was a sheer delight. I would highly recommend them
