Sadly I bought a house with windows from a company that disappeared 15 years ago and needed replacement sashes. Luckily Fenster makes them and they also make sure they arrive in perfect condition by delivering them anywhere in the USA! The owner was very communicative about the status of the order and Jason the delivery driver was terrific and the nicest man! Getting them installed next week.
I ordered primed wood double-hung kits from Fenster. Communication during and after the order was good. They were delivered with a van to our house in Dallas in a month. Installation takes 10 minutes per window. They feel like good quality but time will show. I painted them to match our colors.Only minor quality problem I observed is the excess silicone on the edges of the glass outside. I had to shave them but they still interfered with my masking tape and also look ugly from inside if left like that.
One of the only companies that make replacement sashes for Norco windows. They were very precise and although they deliver everything themselves no matter where it is in the country, it is worth the wait. Ryan who delivered the windows was a sheer delight. I would highly recommend them
Our Fenster Windows were delivered on the date promised and on time. Jason called 35 minutes before arrival to confirm we were ready for delivery. The windows are beautiful!! Jason did a quick tutorial on how to install them. We received 22 sashes with 11 jambliner sets. Installation was very easy and completed in about 5 hours by myself. They also seem much quieter (less outside noise transfer) than the old windows. HOME RUN FENSTER!!! We are VERY HAPPY with our new windows!! Thank you!! I will admit I was very nervous about purchasing custom built, non-returnable products, online, paid in full in advance, but everything worked out perfectly and I will be passing along your information to others. You answered all my questions upfront and provided me a great quality product just as you said you would. Everyone I interacted with at Fenster was very friendly and helpful. I will be back for more when others need replacing.
My Fenster experience was EXCELLENT !! Everything from ease of ordering (with excellent instructions), customer service kept me updated on the status of my order, delivery was truly excellent. Josh who delivered my sashes was patent, helpful and place my windows inside my house, including a short tutorial on installation. I also referenced the YouTube videos Fenster supplied. They were simple and easy to follow. Day after I received them, I stained them and the next day installed them. The first one took some time to familiar myself with the installation but the second one took about a 1/2 hour. Couldn't be happier. I plan to order more in the near future.
