Dewisth and Will did a fabulous job on the tub. They were very careful with everything, prompt, and clean. I had no issues with any damage to walls or the floor, and they left the house and garage cleaner than when they started. I'm very pleased with the results.

My sales rep was Andrew Connolly. He gave me a great presentation and offered me lots of options. My installer, Will Underwood was very kind and courteous. He explained the installation to me very well and answered all my questions. He installed the whole shower including moving the drain to the middle. He had a plumber come help briefly. He extended the shower walls all the way up my 9-foot walls to the ceiling and even installed a ceiling piece that is very nice. It covers the ceiling over the entire shower. The whole shower shines beautifully, and the hardware is very good quality and beautiful brushed nickel. I love my long grab bars. One bar is angled so you can easily grab it while in a seated position. I did not have a bench installed but will get a chair eventually. I highly recommend Mad City because they were very professional and respectful from beginning to end, and I can't wait to use my new shower!!
